Terms of Service

Welcome to Loturas, a monetized social network where users can create, share, and purchase attributed content. By accessing or using Loturas (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and reside in a jurisdiction where Loturas is legally available. You agree to provide accurate information during registration. Loturas may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

2. Content Ownership and Attribution

All user-generated content ("Content") remains your property, but by uploading, you grant Loturas a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it. Content will be attributed to you (e.g., via username or handle). You represent that your Content does not infringe third-party rights and you have permission for any featured individuals or materials.

3. Monetization and Payments

Loturas enables creators to monetize access to themselves, their jobs posts, their time and attention through a series of priced social networking features such as monetized in person meetings, videoconferences, masked phone calls, "market" emails, priced internal messages, followings, labor market interviews and strike prices for jobs themselves. Buyers pay via integrated processors (e.g., Stripe). All purchases are final - refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be provided at Loturas' sole discretion. Buyers assume all financial risk, including but not limited to Content quality, delivery, seller's performance or satisfaction. Loturas is not liable for disputes, fraud, or losses from transactions. Creators receive payouts net of fees (20% platform cut) after verification and any "attributed" transaction is split 50/50 with the user that holds the transacting user's attribution and Loturas itself.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to post illegal, harmful, or deceptive Content, including impersonating others, creating fake profiles, or misrepresenting your identity or affiliations. Expressly illegal content will not be tolerated and is subject to removal upon court order, management's sole discretion or petition by law enforcement. Loturas may remove violations without notice. You indemnify Loturas against claims arising from your use.

5. Disclaimers and Liability

Loturas is provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Buyers bear full financial risk for purchases; Loturas is not responsible for Content value, accuracy, or outcomes – use and spend capital at your own risk. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 1 month. No consequential damages.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration in Miami, FL, under AAA rules. No class actions.

7. Changes and Termination

We may update Terms with notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance. You may terminate by deleting your account; we may terminate for cause.
