No. Posting jobs to Loturas is completely free. In fact, a user acting as a recruiter can freely price interviews and even SELL the jobs themselves to the first buyer.
Supply and demand. Loturas allows recruiters to set prices for jobs according to supply and demand. Unlike the countless job boards on the internet today, Loturas creates a free market for interviews across its network and turns jobs themselves into tradable assets. Setting prices on interviews creates an incentive for recruiters to interview applicants and greatly increases the probability of applicants obtaining the jobs that they want in the global economy with much greater efficiency. Interview monies are not paid to users posting jobs until at least 24 hours after the event recorded in the application’s calendar. By lagging payments to recruiters, the risk to applicants is greatly reduced because applicants can always contact us at trades@loturas.com in case something went wrong and we will cancel the trade and its payment.
